A quick and easy one-pan recipe for creamy sausage pasta, perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion like Valentine's Day. It's designed to be made in about 20 minutes from start to finish.

1. Warm up a big skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Toss in the shallot and let it cook until it softens. 2. Stir in the garlic and let it cook for another minute or two so it gets nice and fragrant. 3. Add the sausage, break it up as it cooks, and once it’s browned, sprinkle in all those spices (salt, paprika, oregano, parsley, thyme, basil, and black pepper) and mix them into the meat. 4. Pour in the pasta, chicken broth, and cream. Give everything a good stir so the noodles are coated. 5. Cover and let it cook until the pasta is al dente, stirring every now and then. 6. Finish it off with a big handful of Parmesan and fresh parsley.
