1. Marinate the chicken thighs with olive oil, lime juice, and all the spices. 2. Air fry the chicken at 375°F for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking. 3. Roast the poblano and jalapeño peppers on the stovetop or under the broiler until charred. 4. Remove the stems and seeds from the roasted peppers. 5. Blend the peppers with Greek yogurt, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, and lime juice until smooth. 6. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and additional lime juice to taste. 7. Serve the chicken with the green goddess sauce on the side.
