1.In a bowl, season the sirloin chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder. 2.Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 375°F for 6-8 minutes. 3.While the steak is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a medium-high heat pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. 4.Add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the pan, bringing the mixture to a low simmer. Allow the sauce to thicken. 5.Remove the sauce from the pan and stir in fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6.Pour the creamy sauce over the cooked steak bites or use it as a dipping sauce.
