Flavorful bone-in chicken thighs cooked in an air fryer, served with a creamy and smoky poblano pepper sauce.

1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil and the spices listed above. Ensure that each side of the chicken is coated in the seasoning. 2. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 24 minutes at 375ºF, flipping it halfway through. 3. Char the poblano peppers on the stove. You can remove the skin before blending, but I keep it on. 4. Blend together the roasted poblano peppers, Greek yogurt, garlic clove, the juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp olive oil, and salt/pepper to taste. 5. Serve the chicken thighs with the poblano sauce and extra lime juice. Enjoy!!
