Ensure each side is coated. 3: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a cast iron pan. Place chicken thighs skin side down, cook until skin is crispy (5-8 minutes). 4: Flip thighs, pour in chicken broth. In a separate bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and honey.
