For the Chicken Thighs: 1. Marinate Chicken Thighs in Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Parsley, Oregano, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Olive Oil, and Lime Juice. 2. Air Fry at 390º for 12 minutes, skin side up. 3. Flip and cook for 10 minutes. 4. Flip skin side up and cook for another 2 minutes. 5. Serve warm with Chimichurri. For the Chimichurri: 1. Finely dice garlic and shallot. 2. Chop flat leaf parsley. 3. Add parsley, garlic, shallot, red wine vinegar, oregano, chili flakes, salt/pepper, and lime juice and blend together. 4. Serve with chicken thighs and enjoy.
