These anti-inflammatory sweet potato brownies are a delicious and healthy treat, perfect for a snack or dessert. Made with oat flour, cacao powder, and sweetened with maple syrup or honey.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a small baking dish with parchment. 2. In a large bowl, mash the sweet potato until smooth. 3. Add eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and whisk until creamy. 4. Add oat flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until fully combined. 5. Fold in chocolate chips. 6. Spread batter evenly in the baking dish. 7. Bake 30-35 minutes. 8. Finish with flaky sea salt. Let cool at least 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying! (I keep mine in the fridge and warm them up throughout the week)
