1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano. Coat evenly. 2. Air fry at 390ºF for 22 minutes, flipping halfway. 3. Roast or char the poblano peppers, garlic, red onion, and green onions using a stovetop, broiler, or grill. 4. Blend the roasted poblanos, yogurt, red and green onion, garlic, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. 5. Serve the chicken with poblano sauce and extra lime.
