1. Cut the chicken into cubes and place them in a bowl. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Divide the mixture into two bowls. 3. Add one bowl of the sauce to the chicken, along with the salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the chicken to coat evenly. 4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the bamboo skewers. 5. Cook the chicken skewers in the air fryer at 375°F for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. 6. Once cooked, brush the chicken with the remaining sauce and serve over a bed of rice.
