1. Grab a large skillet and pour in the dry pasta. 2. Add the broth and cream right into the pan and give it a quick mix so everything’s coated. 3. Pop the lid on and cook for about 8 minutes. 4. Sprinkle in your seasonings and let it simmer for a couple more minutes so everything comes together. 5. Stir in the cheeses and mix until they melt down. If it looks a little thick, add a splash more cream. 6. Taste test, adjust the salt and pepper if you need & enjoy!!
