A quick and delicious Greek bowl recipe featuring homemade lamb meatballs, a creamy tzatziki sauce, and a fresh Mediterranean salad. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, mix together ground lamb, spices (salt, garlic & onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, black pepper), egg, and panko until just combined. Roll into meatballs (about 1 ½ tablespoons each) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 18–20 minutes, until browned and cooked through. 2. In a bowl, stir together yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar (if using), dill, salt, and pepper. Chill until serving. 3. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with dill, salt, and pepper. Toss gently. 4. Plate the lamb meatballs with a scoop of tzatziki and a side of Mediterranean salad. Add warm pita or rice on the side if you’d like. Enjoy!
