1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 2: Add the chopped broccoli and cook until tender but still firm. 3: Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 4: Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden, being careful not to burn it. 5: Stir in the chili flakes and cook for 1 minute. 6: Drain the broccoli and add it to the garlic oil, tossing to coat. 7: In the same pot of salted water, cook the farfalle until al dente. 8: Drain, reserving some pasta water. 9: Add the pasta to the broccoli mixture, then stir in the parmesan cheese. 10: Season with salt and pepper to taste. 11: If needed, use the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce. 12: Finish with an extra sprinkle of parmesan, salt, and pepper.
