A delicious Greek Chicken Gyro featuring marinated chicken thighs cooked in an air fryer, combined with homemade naan, and served with a refreshing cucumber and tomato salad. This meal is perfect for dinner and can be complemented with tzatziki sauce.

1: Marinate Chicken Thighs in the yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, chili flakes, and olive oil. 2: Cover and let them sit in the fridge for 1 hour. 3: Cook in the air fryer at 390°F for 18-20 minutes. 4: Cut chicken into cubes or strips. 5: Combine yeast with warm water and let it sit until foamy (about 6 minutes). 6: In a large mixing bowl, add flour, yogurt, salt & oil, and then add the yeast. 7: Mix and combine to form a smooth dough ball. 8: Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 1 hour. 9: Cut the dough ball into 5-8 circles and roll out each dough ball. 10: Cook on a medium-high skillet for 4-6 minutes. 11: Add garlic and butter for extra flavor. 12: Serve the chicken with naan, cucumber & tomato salad, and tzatziki sauce.
