1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, peppers, and garlic, and sauté until soft and lightly browned. 2. Add in the ground beef and cook until it’s fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. 3. Stir in the tomato paste and let it cook for about 3 minutes to deepen the flavor. 4. Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomatoes with chilies, beans, and broth. Give everything a good stir. 5. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and your favorite chili spices. 6.
