1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside, remembering to reserve some pasta water. 2. In a medium-high heat pan, add the olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic with lemon juice until fragrant, about 3 minutes. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the chili flakes, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to simmer and thicken for 5 minutes. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and blend the ingredients together. For a creamier sauce, gradually add pasta water, a little bit at a time. 5. Finish the dish with parmesan cheese, additional salt and pepper, and garnish with lemon slices.
