1: Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spread the cubed sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with the spices. Toss well and bake for about 25 minutes, until soft and tender. Start these first, since they take the longest. 2: Place the broccoli on a separate baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with the spices, and toss to coat. Roast for about 15 minutes. 3: Place the salmon filets in your air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil, spread Dijon mustard on top, and sprinkle with spices. Rub the seasoning all over both sides of the fish.
