Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Recipe -2 tbsp olive oil or butter -2 garlic cloves, minced -2 cups pasta -2 1/2 cups chicken broth -1/4 cup heavy cream -3 tbsp butter -1/2 cup parmesan cheese -Salt & pepper, to taste -Parsley, for garnish 1.Heat a large skillet over medium and add the olive oil. 2.Sauté the garlic until fragrant. Be careful not to burn. 3.Toss in the dry pasta, stirring to coat in the oil. 4.Pour in the chicken broth and simmer until the pasta absorbs all the liquid. 5.Stir in heavy cream, butter, and parmesan cheese until creamy. 6.Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7.Finish with a sprinkle of parsley and an extra pat of butter.
