I love making these instead of frozen chicken tenders. They turn out crispy, fresh, and so much better than store-bought! You can eat them with your fav dipping sauce, toss them on a salad, or in a wrap.

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. 2. Place the seasoned panko breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. 3. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the panko breadcrumbs. 4. Arrange the coated tenders in the air fryer basket, spray both sides with oil, and cook at 375°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. 5. Serve with a dipping sauce, on a salad, or in a wrap.
