1. Add the baby potatoes (halved if larger) to a bowl and toss with the olive oil and all the seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder) until everything’s evenly coated. 2. Air fry at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, making sure to shake the basket halfway through so they cook evenly. 3. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of extra parsley while they’re still warm & enjoy!
