Instructions
1: In a bowl, marinate the chicken thighs with soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. Ensure each side is well-coated in the marinade. 2: Place the chicken in the air fryer, skin side up, and cook at 390°F for 22 minutes, flipping halfway through. 3: While the chicken cooks, prepare the green sauce. In a blender, combine jalapeños, Greek yogurt, mayo, cilantro, garlic, green onions, olive oil, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
