What you need

poblano pepper

bunch fresh cilantro

tsp paprika
tsp oregano

tbsp plain greek yogurt

clove garlic powder

lime
chicken thigh

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic clove

tbsp olive oil

tsp pepper
Instructions
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil and the spices listed above. Ensure that each side of the chicken is coated in the seasoning. 2. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 24 minutes at 375ΒΊF, flipping it halfway through. 3. Char the poblano peppers on the stove. You can remove the skin before blending, but I keep it on. 4. Blend together the roasted poblano peppers, Greek yogurt, garlic clove, the juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp olive oil, and salt/pepper to taste. 5.
