Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets

1. Set up your breading station with three shallow bowls or pans: one for the whisked eggs, one for the breadcrumbs and one for the breaded chicken.
2. Dip each chicken cutlet into the eggs, coating both sides, then transfer it to the breadcrumbs. Gently press the breadcrumbs onto both sides so they stick, then shake off any excess. Place the breaded chicken on your empty pan and repeat with the remaining cutlets.
3. Lightly spray your air fryer tray with oil, then arrange the chicken in a single layer without overcrowding. Spray the tops with oil and air fry at 375°F for 8 minutes. Flip and cook for another 8–10 minutes, checking earlier if your cutlets are very thin, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Work in batches as needed.
4. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon juice & enjoy!!💛✨
