Homemade Hibachi (Griddle Edition)

What you need

pepper

onion
lb chicken breast

tbsp bbq sauce

zucchini

tbsp korean bbq sauce

tbsp cooking oil
oz mushrooms

head broccoli

cup cooked jasmine rice

lb sirloin steak

splash rum
egg

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp garlic
Instructions
1. Heat your griddle to medium heat and lightly grease with oil. 2. Add oil/butter and garlic, then add the rice and break it up. Make a well, scramble in the eggs, then mix everything together with the sauces. Push to the side. 3. Season the chicken and steak with salt and pepper, cook on the griddle until done, then drizzle with Japanese BBQ sauce and toss. 4. (Onion Volcano - optional): Stack 3-4 onion rings into a cone, add a splash of rum, and carefully light. Once the flame goes out, chop up the cooked onion. 5. Add the vegetables to the griddle with a little oil and cook until tender. Season with soy sauce and Japanese BBQ sauce, then mix in the chopped onion. 6.
