I love Chick-fil-a but I’ve been hearing rumors how their ingredients are harmful (probably why it taste so good). I made my version of their chicken strips and famous chick-fil-a sauce BUT made them in the airfryer so they’re healthier & crispier. E

What you need

tbsp bbq sauce

tbsp mustard
tbsp mayonnaise

cup italian seasoned bread crumbs

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder
tsp ground black pepper
tsp salt
egg

Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. 2. In a separate bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs. If your breadcrumbs are unseasoned, you can add seasoning during this step before dipping the chicken. 3. Dip each chicken tender in the egg wash, ensuring both sides are coated, then coat them thoroughly in breadcrumbs. 4. Transfer the chicken tenders to the air fryer. Spray olive oil over them and bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes, flipping halfway to get both sides crispy. 5. For the sauce, mix together mayo, mustard, and BBQ sauce.
