What you need

ripe banana

tsp cinnamon

cup oat flour

tsp baking powder
pinch salt
walnut

tsp vanilla extract
cup maple syrup

tsp baking soda
egg
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment so it lifts right out. 2. Mash your bananas in a big bowl. Add the eggs, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Give it a good whisk. 3. Add the oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir it until it just comes together (don’t overmix or it won’t be as tender.) 4. Fold in whatever extras you want. 5. Pour into the pan and bake 45–55 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the center springs back and a toothpick comes out clean. 6. Let it cool at least 20–30 minutes before slicing so it doesn’t crumble. Enjoy!!View original recipe
