cup fresh basil

cherry tomato

Instructions
1: Toast the pine nuts and garlic in a pan for 3-5 minutes. 2: Add the pine nuts, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor and pulse until chopped. 3: Add the basil and pulse until combined. 4: With the lid closed, slowly pour in the olive oil while processing. 5: Adjust salt and pepper to taste, adding more olive oil for a creamier pesto. 6: Heat your Blackstone to medium-low heat. Add avocado oil and spread it across the griddle. 7: Add minced garlic and the cherry tomatoes. Mix together and cover with a dome to allow them to steam and soften. 8: Add the chicken and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Toss to coat each piece of chicken in the seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes. 9: Combine the tomatoes and chicken, then add the cooked pasta.
