Instructions
1: Heat a large skillet over medium and add the oil. 2: Sauté the garlic until fragrant. 3: Toss in the dry pasta, stirring to coat it in the oil. 4: Pour in the chicken broth and simmer until the pasta absorbs all the liquid. 5: Stir in the heavy cream, peas, and parmesan cheese.
