What you need
cup warm water

tsp active yeast

tbsp sugar

egg yolk
cup sourdough starter

cup all purpose flour
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Instructions
1: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a stand mixer. 2: Combine sourdough discard with warm water and add to the mixture. 3: Hand-knead the dough until smooth; adjust with more flour if needed. 4: Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap for 1 hour. 5: Divide the dough into 8 parts, shape, and rest for 20 minutes. 6: Preheat oven to 425ΒΊ, line a sheet, and boil water with sugar and baking soda. 7: Boil each bagel for 30 seconds on each side. 8: Transfer bagels to the sheet, reshape if necessary. 9: Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with everything seasoning. 10: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.View original recipe
