1: Roast Beets in Oven or Air Fryer for 30-40 min or until tender.

2: Boil Water (Make Sure to Salt your Water like the Sea) & Cook Pasta.

3: Once Beets are Tender, Peel Skin & Cut.

4: Add Beets, Ricotta Cheese, Lemon Juice, Garlic to a Blender & Blend until Smooth.

5: Add Beet Sauce to Pasta (Add Salt/Pepper to Taste & Pasta Water to your Desired Texture).
