High-Protein Pancakes (No Protein Powder Needed)

I swear I make these 3x a week (they’re that good). I love protein pancakes but hate using protein powder in them, it always makes them so dry and dense. These, however, are the complete opposite!! They’re soft & fluffy with the perfect crispy edges. You can toss in berries or chocolate chips and switch up the flavor anytime. If you try them, I’d love to hear what you think 🍽️

What you need

dash cinnamon

banana

tbsp flour

tsp baking powder

tbsp cottage cheese

dash salt

chocolate
egg
Instructions
1. Mash bananas in a bowl, then mix in baking powder, flour, cottage cheese, cinnamon, salt, and eggs until smooth. 2. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat and melt some butter. 3. Spoon 2 tbsp of batter onto the skillet. 4. After 2 minutes, add berries or chocolate if using. 5. Flip when the bottoms are golden and the tops start to bubble. 6. Cook for another 3 minutes.
