Air Fryer Chicken Thighs with Homemade Chimichurri

What you need

cup olive oil
fl oz lime juice

tsp parsley

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp pepper

tsp oregano

tsp dried thyme

tsp table salt
tsp red wine vinegar

shallot

tsp chili flakes
cup flat leaf parsley leaves
bone-in chicken thighs

tsp onion powder

clove garlic clove
dash salt & pepper
Instructions
For the Chicken Thighs: 1. Marinate Chicken Thighs in Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Parsley, Oregano, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Olive Oil, and Lime Juice. 2. Air Fry at 390º for 12 minutes, skin side up. 3. Flip and cook for 10 minutes. 4. Flip skin side up and cook for another 2 minutes. 5. Serve warm with Chimichurri. For the Chimichurri: 1. Finely dice garlic and shallot. 2. Chop flat leaf parsley. 3. Add parsley, garlic, shallot, red wine vinegar, oregano, chili flakes, salt/pepper, and lime juice and blend together. 4.
