What you need

cup extra-virgin olive oil
fl oz lime juice

tsp chili flakes
cup fresh parsley
tsp oregano

tsp pepper
tsp garlic
tsp salt
lb sirloin steak

tsp table salt

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Cube the steak (large cubes) and toss it with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. 2. For the chimichurri, mix parsley, salt, oregano, chili flakes, garlic, olive oil, and lime juice in a bowl. 3. Drizzle chimichurri sauce over the cooked steak bites or serve as a dipping sauce. I like to make a side of mashed potatoes with mine for a complete meal. Enjoy!🤍View original recipe
