Garlic & Broccoli Pasta

A quick and easy pasta recipe featuring farfalle, broccoli, and garlic, combined with olive oil, chili flakes, and parmesan for a delicious meal ready in just 20 minutes.

What you need

pepper
tsp salt

tsp chili flakes

lb farfalle
broccoli crown

clove garlic clove

cup parmesan
Instructions
1: Boil your broccoli in salted water until just tender, then scoop it out and set aside. 2: In a pan, heat olive oil over medium and toast the garlic until golden (not burnt!). 3: Add chili flakes and toast for 1 more minute. 4: Toss in the broccoli and stir to coat in that garlicky oil. 5: Cook your pasta in the same water until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water, then drain. 6: Combine pasta with the broccoli mix. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper. Splash in some pasta water if it needs loosening up. 7: Finish with extra parm and a little more salt and pepper if needed.View original recipe
