What you need

red onion

roma tomato

cucumber
clove garlic

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp crushed red pepper

tsp paprika

tsp dried parsley
tsp dried oregano

tsp ground black pepper
tsp salt

tbsp lemon

cup plain greek yogurt
boneless chicken thighs
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with the ingredients above and marinate in the fridge for up to an hour. 2. For the tzatziki, mix together the ingredients above in a bowl and allow to sit in the fridge to let the flavors meld together. 3. For the salad, add all of the cut veggies together with the lemon juice and salt. Adjust to taste. 4. Grill the chicken for 12-18 minutes. Slice and serve for gyros.View original recipe
