What you need
tsp baking powder

cup all purpose flour

cup milk

thick-cut bacon
egg

tsp salt

tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375ΒΊF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange bacon slices on the sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy. Pat lightly to remove excess oil and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth and no flour streaks remain. 3. Dip each bacon slice into the pancake batter, using a fork to coat evenly. Transfer to a skillet greased with oil over medium heat. 4.
