What you need
tsp salt

pepper

tsp onion powder

shallot
tsp dried oregano

tsp chili flakes

clove garlic clove
tbsp lime juice
tsp oregano

tsp paprika

tsp dried parsley

cup flat-leaf parsley
tsp red wine vinegar
chicken thigh

tsp garlic powder

tsp dried thyme
Instructions
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder. Ensure each side of the chicken is evenly coated. 2. Place the chicken in the air fryer, skin side up, and cook at 375°F for 22 minutes, flipping halfway through. 3. While the chicken cooks, prepare the chimichurri sauce. Combine 1/2 cup olive oil with chopped parsley, diced shallot, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, oregano, chili flakes, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. 4. Serve the chicken thighs with chimichurri sauce drizzled on top or as a dipping sauce.View original recipe
