Instructions
1: Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a rolling boil. 2: Rinse and chop the broccoli crowns. 3: Place the chopped broccoli into the boiling water, add salt, and cook until the broccoli is tender. 4: While the broccoli is cooking, thinly slice four garlic cloves. 5: Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the sliced garlic. Sauté until the garlic becomes fragrant. 6: Add 1 teaspoon of chili flakes and the cooked broccoli into the same pan with the garlic & toss ingredients together. 7: Cook the pasta in the same pot of boiling water following the instructions on the packaging. 8: Once the pasta is cooked, combine it with the broccoli mixture in the pan. 9: Toss in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and pasta water to achieve your desired level of sauciness. 10: Finish by seasoning with salt, pepper, and additional cheese & crunchy chili onion oil if desired.View original recipe
