Instructions
1: In a bowl, marinate the steak with the marinade ingredients. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour. 2: In a jar or blender, mix the dressing ingredients until smooth, adjusting flavor with salt, lemon, and lime juice. 3: Heat a grill to medium heat, and grill corn on the cob brushed with olive oil for about 10 minutes. 4: Place the steak on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes, brushing it with marinade. Remove when cooked to liking. 5: For the salad, remove corn from cob and mix with greens, pickled beets, red onions, pecans, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and sliced steak.
