cup half & half

cup all purpose flour

Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium-high heat. 3. Sprinkle in the flour and whisk until a wet, sandy texture is achieved. 4. Gradually whisk in half of the half & half to ensure thorough mixing. Slowly add the remaining half & half and milk, continuing to whisk. 5. Keep whisking until the sauce thickens. 6. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine the ingredients. 7. Remove the pot from heat and stir in the shredded cheeses until fully melted. 8.
