What you need

tsp table salt

tsp black pepper

tbsp fresh cilantro

clove garlic powder

tsp garlic clove

poblano pepper

tsp ground cumin

cup plain greek yogurt

tsp onion powder
tbsp lime juice

tsp smoked paprika
bone-in chicken thighs
Instructions
1. Char the poblano over a gas burner or under the broiler until blackened all over. Transfer to a bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and let it steam for 10 minutes. Peel off the skin, remove the seeds, and set aside. 2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Pat the chicken dry, drizzle with olive oil, and season with all the spices. Rub everything in and let it marinate while the air fryer heats. 3. Place the chicken skin-side down in the air fryer and cook for about 24 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through (165°F). Boneless thighs will take closer to 18–20 minutes. 4. While the chicken cooks, add the peeled poblano to a blender with the yogurt, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, and salt. Blend until smooth. 5. Spoon the poblano sauce over the chicken and serve. I like to make this meal with rice, beans & fried plantains for a full delicious meal. Enjoy!View original recipe
