Instructions
1. In a saucepan, heat the butter until it browns. Keep whisking until it foams on top and turns a nice golden brown. 2. Pour the browned butter into a bowl and let it cool for 3 minutes. 3. Mix in the sugars, whisking until it forms a sandy texture. 4. Whisk in the egg and vanilla. 5. Add the flour and baking soda, and use a rubber spatula to blend until no flour streaks remain. 6. Chop up a box of Simple Mills Nut Butter Sandwich cookies into small pieces. 7. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped sandwich cookies, saving some of the chopped cookies to top the dough with. 8. Chill the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes. 9. Scoop the batter with an ice cream scooper. 10. Top each cookie ball with the remaining chopped dark chocolate pieces and chopped sandwich cookie pieces. 11. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. 12. When they come out, spin a bowl around each cookie to help shape them. 13. Top with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
