Instructions
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken thighs with soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. Ensure each side is well-coated in the marinade. 2. Place the chicken in the air fryer, skin side up, and cook at 390°F for 22 minutes, flipping halfway through. 3. While the chicken cooks, prepare the green sauce. In a blender, combine jalapeños, Greek yogurt, mayo, cilantro, garlic, green onions, olive oil, lime juice, and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. 4. Serve the chicken thighs with the green sauce drizzled over the top or as a dipping sauce.View original recipe
