What you need

tsp dried thyme

cup water

tsp cajun seasoning
tsp dried oregano
green bell pepper
cup chicken broth
tsp salt

tbsp soy sauce

tsp smoked paprika

cup celery

red bell pepper
oz andouille sausage

cup long grain rice
tsp garlic
Instructions
1: Set your Instant Pot to Sauté (High) and add olive oil. Once hot, add the bell peppers, celery, onion, sausage, garlic, and all the spices. Cook for 3–5 minutes until the veggies start to soften. 2: Pour in the soy sauce, chicken broth, and water. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom. 3: Stir in the rice, then cancel the sauté function. 4: Lock the lid and set the valve to Sealing.
