A delicious Greek Chicken Gyro featuring marinated chicken thighs cooked in an air fryer, combined with homemade naan, and served with a refreshing cucumber and tomato salad. This meal is perfect for dinner and can be complemented with tzatziki sauce.

What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp thyme
tsp oregano

tsp chili flakes

cup all purpose flour

tsp sugar
cup warm water
tsp salt

tsp onion powder

tsp pepper

cup greek yogurt
yeast

Instructions
1: Marinate Chicken Thighs in the yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, chili flakes, and olive oil. 2: Cover and let them sit in the fridge for 1 hour. 3: Cook in the air fryer at 390°F for 18-20 minutes. 4: Cut chicken into cubes or strips. 5: Combine yeast with warm water and let it sit until foamy (about 6 minutes). 6: In a large mixing bowl, add flour, yogurt, salt & oil, and then add the yeast. 7: Mix and combine to form a smooth dough ball. 8: Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 1 hour. 9: Cut the dough ball into 5-8 circles and roll out each dough ball. 10: Cook on a medium-high skillet for 4-6 minutes. 11: Add garlic and butter for extra flavor. 12: Serve the chicken with naan, cucumber & tomato salad, and tzatziki sauce.View original recipe
