What you need

tsp kosher salt

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

cup milk

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp all purpose flour

tbsp butter

lb pasta
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse and set aside. 2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and whisk until it forms a smooth, sandy-like texture. 3. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble. 4. Reduce the heat and stir in the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. 5. Add the shredded cheddar, stirring until fully melted and smooth. 6. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated in the cheesy sauce. 7. Serve warm and enjoy!
