What you need

tsp dried parsley

cup greek yogurt
cup warm water

tsp sugar
tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

oz butter

active dry yeast

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
1: In a small bowl, combine the yeast and sugar with warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, until it’s foamy on top. 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, Greek yogurt, salt, olive oil, and the foamy yeast mixture. 3: Mix and knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic. 4: Cover and let the dough rest in a cool, dark place for 2 hours. 5: Once rested, divide the dough into 6-8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. 6: Flatten each ball into a small round—dust with flour as needed to prevent sticking. 7: Heat a pan over medium-high heat and get your garlic butter ready. 8: Melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder and parsley. 9: Cook each dough round for 3–4 minutes on each side, brushing with garlic butter as they cook. 10: Serve warm with your favorite Greek or Indian dishes.View original recipe
