What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup all purpose flour

cup white sugar

tbsp lemon juice
tbsp lemon

cup sour cream

cup cooking oil
cup fresh blueberries
egg
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350ΒΊ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, combine sugar, oil, and vanilla. Whisk together until well mixed. 3. Add eggs to the mixture and whisk until smooth. 4. Incorporate sour cream and lemon juice & zest, mixing well. 5. Add baking powder, salt, and flour, and mix until there are no dry streaks of flour. 6. Gently fold in 1 cup of berries using a rubber spatula. 7. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and top it with the remaining cup of blueberries, gently pressing them in. Sprinkle sugar on top. 8. Bake for 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
