These cheesy chicken egg rolls are perfect for game day! Filled with seasoned shredded chicken, creamy cheese, and jalapeños, they are sure to be a hit. Fry or bake them for a golden finish and serve with a delicious cilantro avocado sauce.

What you need

oz cream cheese

tbsp lime juice

egg roll wrappers

tbsp honey

Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with diced jalapeño, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and sour cream. Mix well to create the filling. 2: Prepare a small bowl of water with 3 tbsp of cornstarch. This will act as your glue. 3: Place a small handful of the filling in the middle of an egg roll wrapper and roll it as demonstrated in the video. Use the cornstarch mixture to glue shut your egg roll. Repeat this step for each egg roll; this recipe makes around 15-20 rolls. 4: If you choose to fry these, ensure your oil is at 350º and fry them for 5 minutes until they become golden. You can also air fry or bake these at 400º for 10 minutes. 5: Prepare the sauce by blending together chopped cilantro, avocado, jalapeños, honey, and once blended, add in the Greek yogurt. 6: Serve these warm right away, or you can reheat them in the oven or air fryer.View original recipe
