What you need

cup fresh parsley

cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
1: In a bowl, season the sirloin chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder. 2: Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 375°F for 6-8 minutes. 3: While the steak is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a medium-high heat pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. 4: Add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the pan, bringing the mixture to a low simmer. Allow the sauce to thicken. 5: Remove the sauce from the pan and stir in fresh parsley.
