What you need

oz butter

lemon

tsp garlic powder

bunch asparagus

tbsp olive oil

tsp ground cumin

tsp paprika
pinch salt

pinch pepper
tsp oregano

splash lemon juice

lb boneless chicken thighs

sweet potato

tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Start with the Japanese sweet potato. Poke a few holes in it and cook it in the oven or air fryer for about 30 minutes until tender. If youβre short on time, microwave it first to soften, then finish however you like. Slice open and add butter, salt, and pepper. 2. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for about 12 minutes until tender. Finish with a little parmesan and a squeeze of lemon if you want extra flavor. 3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, spices (salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano), and lemon juice on both sides.
